SESSION PRICING
All sessions include the full space — sauna, ice bath, Normatec, shower, and mobility kit. Select a plan, pick your date and time, pay to confirm.
Single Session
1 session · up to 2 people
+ $10/person for 2nd person
One 50-minute session. The whole space is yours — solo or bring one training partner.
Weekly Solo
Up to 3 sessions/week · 1 person
Train hard all week. Up to 3 sessions per week for a single athlete.
Weekly Group
Up to 3 sessions/week · up to 4 people
The squad pass. Up to 3 sessions per week, up to 4 athletes per session.
5-Session Pack
5 sessions · 1 or 2 people · from 14 Aug 2026
+ $10/person for 2nd person
5 sessions for 1 person ($190) or up to 2 people ($200). Use them any time — they never expire.
Extra people: Single sessions are priced for 1 person. Add a second person for +$10/person. Weekly passes include up to the stated group size at no extra cost.

BOOKINGS
Footy clubs, sporting squads, corporate teams — if you've got 5 or more athletes who train hard and need to recover harder, we'll put together a custom package. Multiple back-to-back sessions, group rates, and priority scheduling.

We're bringing the recovery experience to you. The Island Recovery van rolls out on 25 September 2026 — available for sporting events, game days, footy clubs, and corporate events across Launceston and beyond.
